I found Hanks owner! His real name is Jack and the lady who owns him is so sweet. She was so happy to have him back. It felt good to be able to do that for the both of them. 

On a not so pleasant note I was helping out the phlebotomy students yesterday by giving them my blood and for some reason I ended up passing out. I think it was having the flu mixed with not eating a very good breakfast it was a bad combination. It was pretty embarrassing though. 

LIFE UPDATE.

SO, life has been pretty crazy/busy recently. I started school at Pima Medical Institute last week and it is AMAZING. I love how fast paced it is and I always have something to do. I've aced every one of my tests so far and I'm keeping up on homework which is awesome. I've met some cool people as well and also some not so cool people. But all in all everyone seems pretty nice.
Last thursday I started house sitting for my grandpa while he went on vacation and while I was coming home from work back to his house I rescued a dog running on the freeway. His is new name is Hank and I'm super in love with him. He's so sweet and he follows me around everywhere. His paws were all messed up from running on the freeway so I've been tending to them and he does really well with me messing with them. I'm really crossing my fingers that my grandpa will fall in love with him too and decide to keep him. I took him to the vet and found that he has a microchip, but his owners didn't register it so we're kinda SOL on that. I might post something on craigslist saying I found him and see what happens. But he had been on the freeway for a while so I wouldn't even know where to put up flyers. He's a great dog so he's definitely not going to a shelter.
And yeah that's what's been going on as of lately. :)

So I recently took a trip to Ulta to restock my dwindling makeup. Everything tends to run out at once. I didn't get too much just what I needed. 

NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder

As you can see I bought everything NYX. I love this brand, it's inexpensive and most importantly it's cruelty free! I really like the powder it goes on smooth and it lasts all day. The mascara is okay it does it's job, but it's nothing too amazing. I really like the eyebrow kit especially since I've never used one before. And I haven't tried the lip liner yet, but I got it to go with my new coral lipgloss from Almay (also cruelty free).

The lip gloss from Almay is really nice. It's not sticky and the color lasts fairly long. The moisturizer is also really nice and it smells really good. I like the way it makes my skin feel. So yeah those are just a few items I picked up.
